Who is it for?

Choose the appropriate treatment pathway

• Protocol A: Step 0 → Step 1A → Step 2A → Step 3. Recommended in the manufacturer's guide for damage levels 1–3, including natural or coloured hair with lower levels of mechanical, thermal or chemical damage.
• Protocol B: Step 0 → Step 1B → Step 2B → Step 3. Intended for deeply damaged, brittle or very porous hair. The product profiles identify Steps 1B and 2B for damage levels 4–5. The procedure text also refers to levels 3–5, so borderline level-3 hair requires professional assessment and confirmation against the manufacturer's guidance.

A and B are alternative pathways. Do not apply all four masks consecutively as a single routine. Both pathways share the same preparation shampoo and finishing spray.

How to use: Protocol A

1. Prepare – Step 0: apply Zero Point Shampoo to wet scalp and hair. Gently massage and rinse.
2. Protein care – Step 1A: distribute Amino Infusion Treatment evenly through damp hair, section by section. Leave for 15–20 minutes with additional heat, as directed by the manufacturer. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Lipid care – Step 2A: distribute Lipid Balance Treatment evenly through damp hair, section by section. Leave for 15–20 minutes with additional heat, as directed by the manufacturer. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Finish – Step 3: apply Total Revitalizer Treatment Spray to damp hair and leave for 10 minutes. The guide proceeds directly to blow-drying, without specifying a rinse. Blow-dry the hair completely and style with a round brush.

Optional straightener finish: the manufacturer's guide allows straightening if needed, using sections 4–5 cm wide and a temperature no higher than 200°C. This is a maximum limit, not a recommended temperature for every client. Select heat according to the assessed hair condition and the manufacturer's instructions.
