Return and Refund Policy

1. Services (Hair Colourist & 1-2-1, online Training)

All services provided (hair colouring, transformations, 1-2-1 training, online training) are customised and delivered based on prior booking.

Cancellations & Refunds:

- Services and online courses are non-refundable once delivered.
- Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or partially refunded under certain circumstances.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
- Rescheduling is allowed once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

2. Products (Limba Cosmetics)

We accept returns or exchanges for unused products within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Eligible Returns:

- Products must be unopened, unused, sealed and in resaleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or sent in error.

Refunds:

- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
