Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with C'ART. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are dispatched via Evri (formerly Hermes), a trusted UK parcel delivery service.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note these are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as bank holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order:

| Small orders (1–2 items, e.g. shampoo, mask) | £4.00 – £6.00 |
| Medium orders (3–5 items) | £5.00 – £8.00 |
| Large orders (6+ items) | £7.00 – £10.00 |
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Evri with a tracking link. You can also track your parcel directly at evri.com.
If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at c.artcolorlab@gmail.com.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Evri on your behalf.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. C'ART cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at c.artcolorlab@gmail.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
