Welcome to C-art.Beauty. By accessing and using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment, registering for training, or purchasing products.
2. Services Overview
We provide the following services:
- Professional hair coloring services – by appointment only.
- 1:1 and online AirTouch training sessions – tailored for hairstylists.
- Training for beauty salons and hair stylists on working with Limba Premium Cosmetics
- Sales, consultation, and distribution of Limba Cosmetics products for professional and personal use.
3. Appointments & Hair Services
Appointments are subject to availability and require confirmation.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may result in shortened service or cancellation.
Results vary depending on hair condition and client history. A consultation is always recommended.
4. Training & Education
Training delivered 1:1 must be booked in advance.
Full payment or a deposit is required upon booking.
Course fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days' notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in case of emergency, with notice and alternative dates offered.
5. Product Sales (Limba Cosmetics)
We are an official UK distributor of Limba Cosmetics.
Products from the same categories, like molecular reconstruction and premium line, are intended for professional use only.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Payments are accepted via secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal, or other stated).
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue services/products at any time.
7. Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all product orders within 1-20 business days after payment has been received. Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. The expected delivery time is 1-7 business days.
Shipping Within the UK:
- Standard delivery after dispatch: 2-5 business days- Express delivery: 1-2 business days- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship Limba Cosmetics products only within the United Kingdom. For inquiries regarding international delivery for courses, techniques, and online training, please contact us before placing your order via email at c.artcolorlab@gmail.com or complete the online request form.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, like customs or our supplier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at c.artcolorlab@gmail.com, and we will assist you.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before finalising your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website. Hair results and product performance may vary based on individual circumstances. Following professional recommendations is required to maintain good salon hair results. In the event of a complaint from a customer after 14 days, we are not liable for the customer’s complaints.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
